David Ezequiel Pereyra, one of two men accused of supplying drugs to British singer Liam Payne, has turned himself in to Argentine police. Both Pereyra and a hotel waiter are accused of providing drugs that led to Payne’s death after falling from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony.
